Payment, Shipping & Returns


How do I place order?

Please read the step by step guide we have created for you at our Facebook fan page.


Do you accept collect on delivery?
Sorry to tell that we do not have any retail shop and display house for customer to be visit or pick up at the moment, all of our business goes through internet online and posted via courier service.


When will I receive my order?
In stock item: Your order will be processed within 2 days and dispatched at 12pm on weekday (not including public holiday). At most of the time, your item(s) will reach your doorstep within 3 working days.


Pre-order item: Pre-ordres will be shipped in accordance to the in-stock date. We will only ship when all of your items are ready, but if pre-order stock out of stock or stop production, we will give you a full refund. Pre-orders sometime will get shipment delay due to various factors, and we will notify you if this case happens. Customers are required to pay additional fee for separate shipping, if requested to ship the ready stock first.


Please note that we do not take responsibility on parcel complaint which more than 6 days from the shipment date, if customer did not contact us for any regarding shipment problems within that period.


Do you offer discount when I purchase in large amount?
Yes we do! We offer average discount of 5%-15% off on the retailed price according to items and quantity, our shopping cart system has build in discount coding so kindly place your order directly in our website, estimates shows as below:

  • Buy 5 or more items in shopping cart, get 5% off.
  • Buy 15 or more items in shopping cart, get 10% off.
  • Buy 25 or more items in shopping cart, get 12.5% off.
  • Buy 50 or more items in shopping cart, get 15% off.


How do I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank deposit or Online banking transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong)
  • Paypal
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards

Please email your receipt of payment so we can trace your transaction. Payment made are NOT refundable unless the item(s) is no longer available. Kindly allow 1-3 business days for interbank transfer.


When do you expect payment?
Payment is expected within three (3) days. Failure to complete your order will be automatically cancel. Please contact us if you think you will be unable to complete your payment within 3 days but would still like to continue with your order.


Why my card was charged USD1 when I used Paypal for my purchase?
The 1 USD charge is a temporary authorization by PayPal. To verify that the buyer’s credit card or debit card is in good standing, a temporary USD 1.00 charge might appear in buyer’s transaction history. The charge appears as ‘pending’ and is automatically removed after the full amount of the purchase is processed. It may take a few minutes or up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer, for the transaction to be removed and the USD 1.00 to be released to the buyer’s card. If the authorization charge remains on the buyer’s card after 30 days, we suggest the buyer contact the card issuer.


Which courier service do you use?
We use vairous couriers to send out our merchandise for example POS Malaysia, Skynet Worldwide, and City-Link Express.



How much will shipping cost?
Shipping cost will be depending on which courier service, your location and the weight/volumetric of your package. Volumetric calculator= length*width*height/5000. Please note that we DO NOT ship PO boxes. Extra shipping cost might will be required for outskirt delivery area (ODA), for example:

  • Cameron Highland
  • Genting Highland
  • Frasers Hill
  • Langkawi
  • Pulau Pangkor
  • Pulau Ketam
  • Pulau Tioman
  • ETC

Do you provide international shipping?
Currently we only ship to Singapore and transaction will be done through Paypal. Your package import duty will be responsible by importer yourself, we are not responsible for the import duty, if there is any import duty will be applied.


At the moment we do not accept returns & exchange, but if you found the mistake was made on our side such as delivered wrong item, please drop us an email with your order details and we will be happy to assist you.
